As General Manager of the REO and Distressed Asset Management Division at RE/MAX Preferred Properties, I bring more than 30 years experience in general management, executive-level sales and marketing management, contract management, project management and senior program management in commercial, defense and financial systems to successful REO Management & Disposition.
After years of urging from my wife to depart the corporate world and join her in real estate, I did so in 1994. Datacomp Corp was successfully sold/merged with Intelisys Inc. Under continuing consulting contracts I remained obligated for corporate consulting assignments to assist privately held companies such as Intelisys, Inc. and Federal Computer Corp to increase their sales backlog and successfully transition into Publicly Traded entities. These assignments were concluded in 1998.
In connection with the changing market conditions,we developed an exciting, dynamic, REO Management business model that is unequalled. Our 15-member team has extensive neighborhood knowledge and experience for their individual areas of assignment.
